Ito & Associates ships large volumes of building materials and related products to Japan.  We work closely with our clients to provide products and materials that best suit their chosen home design.  In order to do this, our clients are supplied with catalogues and brochures from which they select products that meet their specific taste and approval.  We then provide suggestions or recommendations to ensure the products chosen are the most suitable, as well as most cost efficient materials for shipment.

We work closely with our clients to make certain that their products/materials are shipped to meet their timelines for construction and installation.  We provide our clients with all pertinent booking information (ie: ETA at specified port in Japan, shipping line and vessel).

Materials are inspected at the container warehouse prior to loading and photographed to document their condition.  For products/materials that are more delicate and/or fragile, we ensure that these are well packaged in order to avoid damage during shipping.

Once the container has been loaded, final documents are processed and couriered to our clients for Japan Customs clearance.  Once the shipment has been received, we continue to maintain close contact with our clients to provide them with further information and support.
